Lenka Kollar is an expert in nuclear energy with 15 years of experience in government, international organizations, and the energy industry. She is the co-founder of Helixos, an Australian strategy consulting and technical advisory firm focused on nuclear fission and fusion energy. She is based in Sydney and leads a global team providing support to startups, research organizations, investors, governments, and end users to commercialize these new technologies around the world. Prior to Helixos, Lenka worked in the advanced nuclear industry in the U.S., focused on bringing small modular reactors to market and building bipartisan support for nuclear energy. She also previously worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.S. Department of Energy, and a nuclear power plant in the U.S. Lenka has a BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from INSEAD.
