- the whole of my estate or;
- (insert number) percentage of my estate or;
- the residue of my estate or;

- my (insert name of asset), free of all duties, and the receipt of the Secretary or other authorised officer for the time being shall be a complete and sufficient discharge for the Executor(s).
I declare that a receipt from Nuclear for Australia to the executor(s) of this Will, will be evidence that the executor(s) has discharged his/her/their duties in accordance with this clause."

I declare that a receipt from Nuclear for Australia to the executor(s) of this Will, will be evidence that the executor(s) has discharged his/her/their duties in accordance with this clause."
